We take complaints seriously, if for any reason you experience a situation that you are not comfortable or happy with please let us know immediately, so we can address and work to remedy it as quickly as possible.

We have zero tolerance for behavior that is deemed, aggressive, racist, sexist, homophobic excluding, and prejudice in any way. Ultrè is by the community, for the community it is of the utmost importance that both our stylists, and our users to feel comfortable and safe at all times while using Ultrè services.

We will also not tolerate stylists who do not adhere to our guidelines and will implement a strike system if necessary unless we believe the complaint should result in instant removal from Ultrè. This decision is at the digression of Ultrè.
