How to sign up as a stylist

To set up your account with Ultrè and to adhere to our safety guidelines we will need to verify your identity and valid contact info, for this we require the following documents:

• Government issued photo ID
• Full name
• Date of birth
• Residential address

Please note:

Your identification must be current and valid.
We cannot accept expired or canceled forms of ID.
Acceptable forms of ID are: passport, drivers license, or another government-issued photo ID.

Proof of address

A utility bill or official government document stating your address (This is not applicable if it is on the Identification used)

A contact number & active email address

We will use this to send notifications and any important information in regard to your account or services.

Your account must be active and accessible as these will be used for additional verification and to provide updates and to reset your password and to receive payment confirmations.
